Strategic Plan:
1. DEVELOP AN OUTREACH MINISTRY
A. Hire an Outreach Minister
B. Appoint an 8-10 person welcoming committee
C. Prepare a Ministry Booklet for all visitors and parishioners
D. Sign-in Book
E. Reach out to those who have fallen away from the Church
F. Reach out to the community at large to find new members
G. Develop and maintain our website
H. Increase social media and e-mail communications
I. Increase newspaper visibility
J. Invigorate our monthly newsletters and solicit more news contributions from parishioners.
2. DEVELOP OUR PARISH MINISTRIES
A. Improve communication between the parish council and all ministries by establishing a Council of Ministries
B. Mentoring: developing future ministry leaders and helpers
C. Each ministry leader will embrace the goal of asking new helpers in our parish to get involved with one specific task.
D. Foster a culture of accountability amongst leaders and members
E. Expand ministries to more than a single leader. Expand the inner circle.
F. Expand adult education
G. Hire a youth minister
3. RENEWAL OF PHYSICAL CHURCH STRUCTURE
A. Renovate the exterior of the Church
B. Renovate various interior sections of the Church building
C. Pave the parking lot
D. Develop the newly-purchased property on Mill & Ridge
4. INCREASE WORSHIP PARTICIPATION
A. Increase attendance at all worship services
B. Promote more participation and use of liturgical books
5. SENIOR CENTER
A. Establish a committee that will research the feasibility of establishing a Senior Center on our new property.
B. Feasibility study will be presented in one year
